Responsibilities:
Primary contact at the center for new clients explaining in greater detail the Hair Club system, and generating enthusiasm to accept the initial application.
Client relationship management – educating clients on products, services and programs, as well as ensuring all client benefits are honored. Achieving monthly receivables goals.
Upgrading client programs to meet client and Company goals.
Requirements:
Ideal sales consultants possess the following:
• Strong, persuasive selling skills • Results oriented with a proven track record • Numbers driven and goal oriented • Great customer service skills • Professional appearance and positive, winning attitude • Minimum 2 + years of sales experience • Previous sales experience selling intangibles, weight loss, dating industry or cosmetic enhancement fields . Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) – can articulate key selling points, benefits and features while meeting customer needs and expectations. . Abilityu to work in a team environment . Can quickly assess a problem and determine an amicable solution.
